Terms and Conditions of FastCam
These Terms govern the use of this Application (FastCam) and any other related agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a legally binding way. The User must read this document carefully.
- Videos and photos taken with this Application are created and kept on the User's device. The Owner has no access to them.
- Users are responsible for recording lawfully.
Terms of use
Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use in this section apply generally when using this Application. Single or additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and are indicated in this Application where they apply.
Recording responsibly
Laws about recording video, sound and other people differ by country and situation. Users are solely responsible for using this Application lawfully, including obtaining any consent the law requires, and must not use it where recording is prohibited.
User content
Everything Users record with this Application belongs to them. Because recordings stay on the User's device, the Owner cannot access, recover or delete them. Users are responsible for keeping backups of anything important.
Content on this Application
Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on this Application, other than User content, is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. If Users believe any content infringes their rights, they are kindly asked to report it using the contact details in this document.
Access to external resources
Through this Application Users may use resources provided by third parties, such as map data. Users acknowledge that the Owner has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their content and availability. Conditions applicable to such resources result from each third party's terms and conditions or, in their absence, applicable statutory law.
Acceptable use
This Application may only be used within the scope of what it is provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of this Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by law, or interfere with its operation.
Liability
This Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner makes no warranty that this Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every recording will be captured or saved without loss, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to the User as a consumer.
Common provisions
No waiver
The Owner's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision.
Service interruption
The Owner may interrupt this Application for maintenance, updates or other changes and, within the limits of law, may suspend or discontinue it. This Application may also be unavailable for reasons outside the Owner's reasonable control.
Service reselling
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Application without the Owner's express prior written permission.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights related to this Application, including its name, design, trademarks and content (other than User content), are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws and international treaties.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner may amend these Terms at any time and will inform Users appropriately. Changes affect the relationship with the User only for the future. Continued use of this Application means acceptance of the revised Terms; Users who do not accept them must stop using this Application.
Assignment of contract
The Owner may transfer, assign or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms, taking Users' legitimate interests into account. Users may not assign their rights or obligations without the Owner's written permission.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer protection law of the User's country of residence provides otherwise.
